Receive our Franchise Disclosure Document at least 14 calendar days before signing a binding agreement or paying the franchisor or an affiliate.
Arrange your own financing if needed, sign the agreement, and begin site selection and build-out. The franchisor and its affiliates do not finance the initial investment.
CURRENT FDD COST SUMMARY
Single-unit estimated initial investment: $199,750–$339,500, including the $35,000 non-refundable initial franchise fee. Ongoing obligations include 6% weekly royalty and 2% weekly Brand Fund contribution, each based on gross sales, plus 4% of gross sales in required local marketing spending.
For a 2–5 units development agreement, the FDD estimates $225,750–$444,500. The first unit uses the standard franchise fee; each additional unit carries a $25,000 franchise fee, with all franchise fees due when the agreement is signed.
